Chrissy is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who provides therapy for individuals, adolescents, couples, and families. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Family Services from Brigham Young University and a Master’s Degree in Global Social Work from the University of Utah.
Her approach is personalized and evidence-based, drawing from CBT, DBT, and somatic-based interventions to help clients uncover root causes, develop healthy coping skills, and build lasting resilience. She is passionate about supporting clients navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, spirituality concerns, substance abuse, and the effects of trauma.
With experience in residential addiction treatment and hospital-based behavioral health, Chrissy understands the depth and complexity of the healing process. She provides a safe, compassionate space where clients feel supported and empowered to create meaningful change.
Outside the office, Chrissy can be found skiing, canyoneering, and running — she recently won the Snow Canyon 10k! She also loves exploring new places and spending time with family and friends.
