    Meet Chrissy!

    Chrissy is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who provides clinical therapy to individuals, adolescents, couples, and families. Chrissy received her Bachelors Degree in Family Services from Brigham Young University and a Masters Degree in Global Social Work from the University of Utah.

    Chrissy will work closely with you to uncover the root causes of your difficulties and develop a highly effective personalized treatment plan. Drawing from evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and somatic-based interventions, she will empower you to cultivate self-awareness, regulate intense emotions, and build the resilience necessary to thrive.

    Chrissy’s extensive experience in various clinical settings, from residential addiction treatment to hospital-based behavioral health, has equipped her with a deep understanding of the challenges you may be facing. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, spirituality, substance abuse, or the aftermath of trauma, Chrissy provides support, tools, and resources you can utilize to overcome obstacles and reclaim your sense of well-being.

    Outside the office, Chrissy can be found skiing on the slopes, hanging from ropes in slot canyons, and winning running races (She recently won the Snow Canyon 10k!). She loves the outdoors, pushing herself, and brightening people's day.

    Nicole Van Leeuwen, ACMHC

    Meet Nicole!

    Nicole is an Associate Clinical Mental Health Counselor who provides therapeutic services to individuals, children, adolescents, and families. Nicole received a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Utah Tech University and a Master’s Degree in clinical Mental Health Counseling from Grand Canyon University.

    Nicole is committed to fostering a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment where all clients feel seen, heard and valued.

    Nicole draws from evidence-based approaches, including dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Grounded in a client-centered philosophy, Nicole tailors her interventions to align with the unique needs, goals, and strengths of each client she serves.

    Her clinical experience includes working with diverse populations such as elementary-aged children in special education, adolescents in intensive outpatient settings, and adults in residential treatment programs. This range of experience has deepened her ability to connect with clients across the lifespan and from various backgrounds.

    Outside of therapy, Nicole enjoys spending quality time with her family and dog, reading, sweet treats, and playing games. She likes spending as much time as she can at the lake, hiking, and around a campfire.

    Austin Hawkins - Administrator

    Austin keeps us all in line! She books appointments for our clients, takes care of billing and claims, and ensures all records are up to date so that our team is ready to go,

    Outside the office Austin can be found playing in the park with her two soon-to-be three littles, riding her road bike, or painting with watercolors.
